MENTORSHIP . CONNECTION . COMMUNITY
Empowering Dunedin Women in Business
PINC is a community of women in business dedicated to lifting each other up through connection, shared knowledge, and genuine support. Our network brings together entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals who value mentorship, growth, and a sense of belonging.
mentorship
Mentorship sits at the heart of PINC. We bring together women at every stage of their business journey, creating genuine opportunities to learn from one another, share experience, and gain clarity in a supportive environment. Whether through a quick conversation or ongoing guidance, PINC mentorship is about lifting each other up and growing together.
Connection
Connection is what makes PINC come alive. Our network brings women together to share ideas, spark collaborations, and build relationships that go beyond business. Through events, conversations, and shared experiences, PINC creates a welcoming space where genuine connections grow—and where every woman feels supported, seen, and part of something bigger.
community
Community is the foundation of PINC. We’re a collective of women who show up for one another—celebrating the wins, navigating challenges together, and creating a sense of belonging that extends far beyond our events. At PINC, community means having a supportive network in your corner, championing your journey and cheering you on every step of the way.

Proudly Supporting
The Mental Health foundation & Pink Shirt Day
The Stand Up Ball is PINC’s signature formal event—a night dedicated to celebrating strength, compassion, and community while championing a cause that matters deeply. Held in support of Pink Shirt Day, the Stand Up Ball brings our network together to take a collective stance against bullying by promoting kindness, inclusion, and respect. Through an evening of connection, entertainment, and generosity, we aim to raise vital funds for the Pink Shirt organisation, helping them continue their important work across Aotearoa. It’s more than a gala—it’s a chance to stand up, speak up, and create lasting change.
